The Intelligent Wellbeing Engine is built and licensed by Alltoogether (All Toogether Ltd, company number 14775309), a company based in Manchester.
All Toogether Ltd was incorporated on 3 April 2023. Its public record, including the registered office address, is on Companies House. The company runs alltoogether.com, where any employer can use the IWE free to measure its own workforce. This site is for products that build the IWE in for someone else's workforce.
The IWE is an embeddable measurement engine. It asks people three questions about work and wellbeing every fortnight. It returns results for an organisation as a whole, and only for groups of five or more people. Each result it shows carries a 95% confidence interval, the group size and the completion rate. Results for five to nine people are labelled provisional. The five-person floor is a constraint in the database, so a result for a smaller group cannot be stored.
Your product can show the check-in in one iframe, or drive it through the API. Results can be exported in the format of the Open Workplace Health Standard (OWHS). The IWE is non-clinical, and it is not a medical device.

Zak founded Alltoogether. He writes the evidence pages on this site and reviews the honesty rules, and his name is on each of them.
OWHS is an open standard at openworkplacehealth.org, currently stewarded by Alltoogether. The IWE's export is modelled on its aggregate report.
Every factual claim on this site should be checkable. The evidence pages cite their sources. The honesty rules say where each rule is enforced. If you find a claim that is wrong or out of date, email hello@wellbeingengine.io and we will fix it on the page.
