An EAP or occupational health provider can use the Intelligent Wellbeing Engine to show each employer client how its workforce is doing, round by round, with confidence intervals and without any individual's answers in the report.
Your employer clients ask what they are getting for the service. The IWE gives you a fortnightly, organisation-level measure you can put in front of them. It is anonymous by construction, and every number states how sure it is.
No API endpoint returns one person's answers or scores to you, to the employer or to us. The person answering sees no score either. In the hosted check-in, answers go from the person's browser straight to the IWE, and your product never handles them. Organisation-level results are the only output.
The check-in's support panel lists Samaritans, Mind and the person's workplace EAP. For an EAP, that last line points people to your own service. The panel is fixed; your product cannot edit or remove it.
The IWE shows how a workforce is doing over time, with the uncertainty stated. It does not show that your service caused a change. A rising index next to a period of your support is an association, and the interval tells you how much weight it can bear. Say it that way to your clients and the numbers will hold up when they are questioned.
For more on why small groups need wide intervals, read small-team confidence intervals, which has a calculator. For why the floor is five, read why n≥5.
