Pricing

The IWE is free for any employer measuring its own workforce, forever, at any size. Distribution is licensed: if the engine sits inside your product measuring anyone else's workforce, you pay 7p per enrolled user per month, up to 100,000 users.

One question sets your price: whose workforce is being measured?

Your own people: free. Anyone else's: you are a distributor, and distribution is licensed. "Own workforce" means the employees, workers and directly engaged contractors of your own group. Your clients' staff, your members, your customers and your app users are never your own workforce. The deployment itself makes this checkable: units and rosters reveal the beneficiary.

Free licences

Direct (alltoogether.com). Any employer, own workforce, free forever, any size. Paid upgrades exist for depth (deep dives, strategy tier), never for headcount. Embedding the pulse in your own intranet or internal tools is a feature of your alltoogether.com account, not a separate licence.

Research (by agreement). Accredited institutions and bona fide research: free, case by case. Ethics approval, cite the engine and the Open Workplace Health Standard, publish openly, honesty rules apply in full. No commercial deliverables. Email us.

Distribution licence: workplace embed

The billable unit is the enrolled user per month: a person on an active roster synced to a live IWE deployment. Not monthly actives. Not app opens. We define this here because the definition is worth more than the rate, and we would rather you read ours than discover a vendor's in clause 14.

What is never for sale

The n≥5 anonymity floor, the confidence intervals and the provisional labels cannot be removed at any price: they are constraints in the schema, not settings. Safeguarding routing ships locked. No individual responses are accessible to you, to employers, or to us as a product feature. Employees never see personal scores. And the free direct product stays free forever: this card covers embedding the engine in your product, nothing else. The full set of constraints is in the honesty rules.

Consumer products

Measurement without an employer in the room is a different product in a different context, priced per deployment. This card never covers it and no blanket licence blends the two. Talk to us.
